I started training at 14, severely underweight at under 40kg. I had no idea what I was doing — no coach, no framework, no blueprint. Just a gym membership and a stubborn refusal to stay the way I was.
Over four years I built 25kg of lean muscle, brought my body fat to elite levels, and developed a system that works. Not because I got lucky — because I studied the science, tested everything on myself, and refined it obsessively.
Then I coached three of my friends through the same process. Two of them underwent what can only be described as model-level transformations. The system works. The only variable is how serious you are about applying it.
I created Joshmaxx Coaching to make that system available to every young man who is serious about transforming their physique — whether you're starting from skinny, carrying unwanted fat, or just stuck and frustrated with average results.
